摘  要:目前国内外学者对于高校教师课堂教学效果评价的研究主要集中在评价的目的、内容、主体、方法以及作用等方面。高校教师课堂教学是教学管理和质量监控的重要手段。虽然近几年来课堂效果的评价取得了一定的进步,但是,在实施中还面临着评价机制不健全、评价主体单一、目的倾向功利化等问题,严重影响了教学质量的监控与提高。因此,必须完善评价实施机制、明确评价目标、建立现代评价观,充分发挥各评价主体的作用,以保证评价的有效性。At present, the investigation of domestic and foreign scholars for university teachers, classroom teaching evaluation is focused on the evaluation purpose, content, subject, method and effect etc. The teachers' classroom teaching is an important means of teaching management and quality monitoring. Although in recent years evaluation for classroom teaching has made some progress, however, its implementation also faces problems that the evaluation mechanism is not perfect, evaluation subject is single, objective utilitarian holds tendency. These serious impact on the monitoring and improving teaching quality. Therefore, we must improve the evaluation implementation mechanism, make clear evaluation goal, set up the modern concept of evaluation, give full play to the role of the various evaluation main bodies, so as to ensure effective evaluation.
