摘 要:针对大秦铁路75 kg/m钢轨12号高锰钢固定辙叉心轨处的磨耗问题,基于 Kalker简化理论,建立车辆-道岔系统动力学模型。分析比较重载C80型货车侧向通过道岔辙叉区时,不同车轮和道岔型面匹配下的轮轨蠕滑力、轮轨接触斑面积、车轮滚动圆半径与车轮磨耗功率间的关系以及轮轨型面匹配程度和变化规律。结果表明:当车辆从翼轨行进到心轨时,其标准车轮滚动圆半径的突变值在4~5 mm 之间,相对于标准车轮,磨耗车轮的值降低了50%,对心轨的垂向冲击较小;轮对由翼轨过渡到心轨时,其左右磨耗车轮的滚动圆半径差值小于标准车轮,磨耗车轮的纵向蠕滑力相对标准车轮减低了45%~63%;磨耗功率大小与车轮滚动圆半径以及轮轨型面匹配程度有关。For analysis on wear of No.12 high manganese steel unmovable frog with 75kg/m rail used on the Datong-Qinhuangdao Heavy-haul Railway Line,the vehicle-turnout dynamic model was established according to the simplified Kalker theory.The relationships and changing law of creep forces,contact spot areas and friction power were analyzed corresponding to the situation when the C80 heavy-duty wagon passed the crossing area from the lateral side under different wheel-rail matching and their further relationships with the changing rolling circle radius and wheel-rail matching degree were studied.The results indicate as follows:The rolling radius mutation value of the standard wheel occurring after transition from wing rail to nose rail is in the range of 4 ~ 5 mm while that of the worn wheel is reduced by 50% and has less vertical impact on the nose rail;after the wheel-set undergoes transition from wing rail to nose rail,the rolling radius difference of the left and right worn wheels is smaller than that of the standard wheels,so the longitudinal creep sliding forces of the worn wheels are reduced by 45% ~ 63% relative to the standard wheels;the magnitude of friction power is related to the rolling circle radius and the wheel-rail matching degree.
