我国教师胜任力研究的文献计量分析

摘　　要：对收录在中国知网(CNKI)上的425篇教师胜任力研究文献进行文献计量分析,发现我国教师胜任力相关研究10年间呈现出如下特点:与胜任力研究相比,教师胜任力研究起步较晚,但近4年间该领域研究数量呈快速上升趋势;研究对象集中在高校教师,对于中小学教师和学前教师关注较少;针对对职校教师的研究成果较少;研究内容主要集中在对胜任力特征模型的建构上,对于教师胜任力的现状研究以及测评工具的开发不足。The study makes a bibliometric analysis of 425 papers included in the CNKI on the competency of teachers in China. Data shows that the research in the past 10 years on the competency of teachers in China has the following charac-teristics：the study on teachers’competency started relatively late compared with the research on competency, but in the past 4 years the amount of such research has increased;the study on the competency of teachers focuses mainly on college teachers rather than on elementary and high school teachers;the research amount on vocational school teachers is less;the research focus is mainly on the establishment of the characteristic model of the teachers’competence, thus ignoring the re-search on the status of teachers’competency and the development of assessment tools.
