开放性公共实验平台的运行与管理实践

摘　　要：随着高校的扩招、国家对高校投入及高校科研任务的不断增加,建设开放性公共实验平台是高校科研发展的必然趋势。华南师范大学生命科学学院公共实验平台近两年采取"集中管理,开放共享"的管理模式运行。以该运行管理实践为例,根据运行过程中所取得的成绩及存在的问题,从加强平台仪器设备建设、建立有偿使用制度,设立维护维修基金、完善管理制度、加强实验技术队伍建设等方面对高校开放性公共实验平台的运行和管理提出建议。With the enrollment expansion and the increased research mission of universities,and the national increased investment in universities,the construction of opening public laboratory platforms is an inevitable trend for the development of science and research in universities. The public laboratory platform in the school of life science in South China Normal University was run by＂Centralized management and open sharing＂management mode. Based on the running practical experiences in recent years,the achievement and existing problems were summarized and the suggestions about how to manage the opening public laboratory platform were put forward,such as strengthening the instrument and equipment construction,establishing system of paid use and setting up maintenance and repair fund,improving the management system,and strengthening the laboratory technician team.
