高校细胞培养室建设与管理的思考

摘　　要：针对细胞培养室无菌、环境清洁等要求,对细胞培养室的场地、环境和仪器设备等进行了分析。对管理方式、制度管理、人员管理、安全管理和操作的规范化管理等提出了合理建议,为高校和科研院所细胞培养室的建设和管理提供参考。This paper analyzes the laboratory site,environment and equipment of cell culture laboratory in according to the sterile and clean environment requirements. Furthermore,the reasonable suggestion on management style,rule management,regular staff management,safety management and operation standard is discussed,which will provide references for construction and development of colleges and research institutes.
