摘　　要：信息化和全球化时代的到来使世界各国交流日益频繁,英语这门语言在跨文化交流时代需求激增;另一方面,我国大学生就业难是近年来困扰我们社会的一个突出问题。要积极探索"就业需求"趋动下的大学英语教学新模式以适应大学英语教学的新发展。Communications among countries in the world become more frequently with the global and information age. In the era of cross-cultural exchange, English is stepping into demand soaring. On the other hand,college graduates have difficulties in finding jobs,and this prominent problem that has plagued our society. We search for a new mode of college English teaching driven by demanding for jobs, which can adjust to new development of English teaching.
