摘　　要：目前,我国农林高校艺术教育改革与发展面临的主要问题是:尚未建立起系统、完整和科学的教学体系;缺少必要的课程与相关教学环节的系统性研究和规划;缺乏保质保量的艺术教育设施与环境条件;师资队伍量不足、质不高、结构不合理等。未来的改革出路在于:提高对艺术教育完整体系的科学设计;对学生多样化需求的准确把握和有针对性地分类指导、因材施教;对丰富多彩的艺术教育资源的合理组织与科学利用;对艺术教育教学方法和手段的不断创新。而大规模网络教学模式和技术(MOOC)的发展为解决这些问题提供了丰富的资源、广阔的空间与有效的途径。The main problems facing by agricultural universities in art education reform aresystematic, complete and scien-tific teaching system still have not established yet;systematic research and planning are the lack of the related courses andteaching ; art education facilities and the related environment conditions are poor; teaching staff structure is not reasonable,etc. In the future,the scientific design of the complete art education system must be improved. The students＇ diverse needsmust be accurately grasped. Rich and colorful art education resources need a reasonable organization and scientific use.Methods and means of art education should have a continuous innovation. The development of massive open online courses（MOOC） provides abundant resources,vast space and the effective ways to solve these problems above.
