摘　　要：根据医学专业学位研究生的培养目标,探讨了专业学位研究生的课程安排,导师组制度的实施,建立量化考核标准及奖惩制度,浅析了在具体实施过程中应该注意的问题。Based on the training objective of clinical professional degree graduate education, we explore the curriculum schedule, the implementation of tutor group, quantitative evaluation standard and the practice of reward and punishment system in clinical professional postgraduate training. We should pay attention to the specific problems in the implementation process.
