摘　　要：21世纪的人才培养是基于职业能力与素质的培养,是基于社会需求的人才培养。作者通过采用互联网二手资料调查、企业问卷调查和毕业生回访调查三种方式了解企业对商科专业学生的职业能力和职业素质需求,并对商科专业学生培养提出建议,以期实现高职院校人才培养与社会需求的有效对接。The cultivation of talents in the 21st century is based on the professional ability, quality and social demand. The authors understand the demand of professional ability and quality for business student from three ways, which are Internet research, enterprise investigation in questionnaire and return visits of grad-uates. The authors also propose suggestions on how to cultivate business students, in order to achieve the integration of high er vocational talent cultivation with social demand.
