构建开放大学教学管理学习支持服务体系的策略

摘　　要：本文,首先对开放性大学和学习支持服务思想进行简要概述,分析了当前存在的问题,从构建以学习者为主体的支持服务、加强学生管理、设计广泛的协作与会话和构建学习支持服务系统质量体系四个方面探讨开放大学教学管理学习支持服务体系构建策略。This paper firstly made a brief overview on open uni-versities and learning support and service thought, analyzed the current problems, and explored the strategies of constructing a learning support and service system in open university teaching management from four aspects, including the construction of the supporting and service with learners as the subject, the enhance-ment of student management, the design of a wide collaboration and conversation, and the construction of a learning support and service quality system.
