专门用途英语在高职英语教学中的适用性研究

摘　　要：专门用途英语教学把英语与专业相结合,突出高职教育特色,既注重培养学生的人文素养和能力,又着重考虑教育的整体性和差异性,有效促进高职教育发展。其优点在于课程设置具有衔接性和前瞻性,课程内容实用,着重突出职业教育特色,在课程设置过程中着重考虑学生的主体地位,并且采用灵活多样的课程评价标准。The teaching of English for Specific Purposes（ESP） combines English with specialties, which highlights the charac-teristics of higher vocational education, focusing on the cultiva-tion of students＇ humanities and abilities, as well as the integrity and diversity of education, so it can effectively promote the de-velopment of higher vocational education. Its advantage is that the curriculum setting is cohesive and forward-looking with the characteristics of higher vocational education, and students＇ sub-jective role is emphasized in curriculum setting, and besides, flexible and diverse curriculum evaluation standard is adopted.
