摘 要:目的 了解广州市海珠区≥15岁居民奶制品摄入现况及影响因素。方法 根据广州市2009年社区卫生诊断调查资料,采用横断面调查方法随机调查1 749位居民。结果 居民奶摄入率62.44%,每日奶或奶制品摄入量≥200 ml者占23.39%。有序Logistic回归分析示女性(OR=1.57,95%CI=1.31~1.88,P<0.01)、高文化水平(OR=1.29,95%CI=1.17~1.41,P<0.01)、高收入(OR=1.21,95%CI=1.11~1.33,P<0.01)促进奶摄入;年龄越大(OR=0.85,95%CI=0.80~0.91,P<0.01)、食物支出占年收入的比例越大(OR=0.88,95%CI=0.82~0.94,P<0.01),越制约奶摄入。结论 广州市海珠区≥15岁居民奶摄入较低,性别、年龄、文化、经济水平影响奶摄入,应对重点人群加强营养健康教育,提高居民意识,转变食物消费观念,形成合理膳食结构。Objective The objective of the study was to assess the current consumption of dairy products and the influencing factors among residents over the age of 15 in Haizhu District in Guangzhou. Methods 1749 residents were randomly selected and cross-sectionally surveyed in accordance with the 2009 Community Health Survey in Guangzhou. Results Rate of dairy products consumption of the residents was 62.44%, and 23.39% of the residents consumed over 200 ml of milk or dairy products per day. Ordinal logistic regression analysis showed that factors such as female (OR=1.57, 95% CI=1.31-1.88, P〈0.01), high educational level (OR=1.29, 95% CI=1.17-1.41, P〈0.01), and high income (OR=1.21, 95% CI=1.11-1.33, P〈0.01) improved dairy products consumption; whereas factors such as aging (OR=0.85, 95% CI=0.80-.91, P〈0.01) and higher percentage of food expenses over annual income (OR=0.88, 95% CI=0.82-0.94, P〈0.01) reduced the consumption of dairy products. Conclusion The residents consume low levels of dairy products, and the influencing factors include gender, age, culture, and economic level. Enhancing nutri- tional health education for key populations, raising the residents' awareness on nutrition, and transforming their concepts of food consumption are needed to establish a rational dietary structure.
