摘　　要：采用个案研究法,选取网络成瘾的Z同学为干预对象。通过质性与量化的心理评估,制定出合理的干预计划和策略。通过四个阶段的认知行为疗法心理干预,取得理想的效果。这可为大学生网络成瘾心理干预提供可借鉴的思路和经验。Using the case study method,the psychological intervention aims at a college student who has the problem of Internet addiction.Using qualitative and quantitative evaluation,the researcher formulated a reasonable intervention stage and strategy.After cognitive behavior therapy in the four stages of the psychological intervention,the student＇s symptoms of internet addiction relieved,achieving the goal of the psychological intervention.At the same time,the research provides some ideas and experience for expert for the college students＇ psychological intervention of Internet addiction.
