摘　　要：体细胞数是反映牛奶品质的一项重要指标,通常也作为对奶牛乳房炎进行诊断的一个国际性指标。随着国内乳业的不断发展,牛奶体细胞数检测也越来越受到重视,对牛奶体细胞数检测技术的研究也将不断深入。对国内外牛奶体细胞数快速检测方法中的直接检测法和间接检测法进行了总结和探讨。Somatic number is an important indicator of the milk quality and it is usually used as an international index for diagnosis of dairy cow mastitis. With the continuous development of the domestic dairy industry, detection of somatic cell in milk is attracting more and more attention and study on the technology for testing somatic cell in milk will also be comprehensive in-depth. In this paper, the methods of rapid detection of milk somatic number at home and abroad in direct way and indirect way are summarized and discussed.
