摘 要:目的:探讨大学生人群抑郁症状和完美主义、自我和谐之间的关系.方法:选取678名大学生(男324人,女354人;农村244人,非农村434人;独生子女419人,非独生子女259人),用流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)测评抑郁程度,大学生完美主义问卷(PSCS)、自我和谐量表(SCCS)测评完美主义、自我和谐水平.结果:大学生的CES-D得分为(19.8±3.8);男生CES-D得分低于女生,农村学生CES-D得分均低于非农村学生,独生子女CES-D得分高于非独生子女(均P<0.001).相关分析显示,PSCS总分与SCCS、CES-D得分均呈正相关(r=0.08~0.26,P<0.01),SCCS得分与CES-D得分呈正相关(r =0.52,P<0.01).多元线性回归分析显示,男性(β =0.15)、农村(β=-0.36)、PSCS的“整洁与秩序”因子分(β=-0.43)和SCCS的“自我灵活性”因子分越高(β=-0.41),抑郁得分越低(P<0.001);独生(β=0.39)、PSCS的“在意错误”因子分(β=0.46)和SCCS的“自我与经验的不和谐”因子分越高(β=0.40),抑郁得分越高(P <0.001).结论:大学生抑郁症状与完美主义和自我和谐关系密切,提高整洁与秩序和自我灵活性可能减轻抑郁症状,增强在意错误和自我与经验的不和谐可能加重抑郁症状.Objective:To explore the relations of depression to self-harmony and perfectionism in college students.Methods:Totally 678 college students (324 males,354 females; 244 from rural areas,434 from urban areas; 419 only children,259 non-only children) were assessed with the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) for evaluation of depression,Perfectionism Scale of College Students (PSCS) for perfectionism,and Self Consistency and Congruence Scale (SCCS) for evaluation of self-consistency.Results:The mean CES-D total score was (19.8 ± 3.8).The CES-D total scores were lower in males,the rural students,and the non-only children than in females,urban students,and only children respectively (Ps < 0.01).The PSCS total scores were positively correlated with the scores of SCCS and CES-D (r =0.08-0.26,P < 0.01),and the SCCS total scores were also positively correlated with the CES-D total scores (r =0.52,P < 0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that the CES-D total scores were lower in males (β =0.15),rural students (β =-0.36),and those with higher scores of PSCS "tidiness and order" (β =-0.43) and SCCS "self-flexibility" (β =-0.41),while higher in the only children (β =0.39) and those with higher scores of PSCS "mistake caring" (β =0.46) and SCCS "disharmony of self and experience" (β =0.40)(all P <0.001).Conclusion:This study shows that the depression symptoms may be related to perfectionism and self-consistency in college students.Improvement of tidiness and order and selfflexibility may reduce depression symptom,while enhancement of mistake caring and disharmony of self and experience may increase depression symptoms.
