摘　　要：毛泽东与马克思主义中国化是当前国内理论界讨论的热点问题,其研究论域主要集中在:毛泽东与马克思主义中国化的关系、毛泽东对马克思主义中国化的历史贡献、毛泽东对马克思主义中国化的方法论贡献、毛泽东对马克思主义某一理论主题或具体观点的中国化、毛泽东与马克思主义中国化的历史经验等方面。研究中也存在一些问题和不足,有待更深入地研究和探讨。Mao Ze-dong and Marxism with Chinese characteristics is a hot issue in current theory domain, the research domain of which mainly focuses on the following aspects： the relation between Mao Ze-dong and Marxism with Chinese characteristics in China, Mao Ze-dong＇ s historical contribution to Chinese Marxism, Mao Ze-dong＇ s methodology contribution to Chinese Marxism, Mao Ze-dong＇ s contribution to a theme or a specific view of Marxism, and historical experience of Mao Ze-dong and Chinese Marxism as well. There are some problems in the research, waiting for further study and discussion.
