摘 要:为了构建不同产区烟叶的指纹图谱,快速区分烟叶产地,以浓香型主产烟区的8个省区68份烤烟C3F为材料,采用描述统计和相关分析方法,研究了浓香型烤烟主产区海拔对烟叶多酚类物质组成的影响。结果表明:①不同产区烟叶中多酚含量集中度较高,略呈正向偏态分布;②8省区范围内(海拔高度17~1298m)绿原酸和莨菪亭占多酚含量的比例与海拔高度成负相关和极显著负相关,芸香苷占多酚含量的比例与海拔高度成极显著正相关;③华中地区(海拔高度64~1044m)烤烟绿原酸和莨菪亭占多酚含量的比例与海拔高度成极显著和显著负相关,芸香苷占多酚含量的比例与海拔高度成极显著正相关;④芸香苷较绿原酸和莨菪亭有更宽的紫外吸收波长和更强的吸收能力,可能是导致海拔高度越高烟叶中芸香苷占多酚含量的比例越高的原因。In order to establish the fingerprint spectra of tobacco leaves from different areas and discriminate the producing areas of leaves quickly, the effects of altitude of producing area on the polyphenol constitution in flue-cured tobacco with robust flavor style were investigated with descriptive statistics and correlation analysis methods by taking 68 C3F samples collected from 8 main growing provinces of robust flavor style flue-cured tobacco as material. The results indicated that: 1) The contents of polyphenols in tobacco presented normal distribution with slightly bias. 2) For the leaves from 8 provinces (at the altitude range of 17 to 1298 m) , the proportions of chlorogenic acid and scopoletin in polyphenol content negatively and extremely significantly negatively correlated to altitude, respectively, while that of rutin extremely significantly positively correlated to altitude. 3) For the leaves from Henan and Shaanxi (at the altitude range of 64 to 1044 m), the proportions of chlorogenic acid and scopoletin in polyphenol content extremely significantly negatively and significantly negatively correlated to altitude respectively, while that of rutin extremely significantly positively correlated to altitude. 4) Comparing with chlorogenic acid and scopoletin, rutin possessed a wider UV absorption waveband and stronger absorptivity, it might be the reason for the higher proportion of rutin in polyphenol content at higher altitude.
