摘　　要：本文首先对高质量人才队伍对高校建设和发展的重要性进行探讨,认为高质量人才队伍建设对高校办学、培养人才和社会职能的实现都十分重要;在文章的第二部分,作者重点阐述了高校高质量人才队伍建设中的一些问题并进行了分析;在文章的第三部分,作者根据这些问题给出一些对策和建议,为高校建设高质量人才队伍出谋献计,希望本文能够为高校高质量人才队伍建设和管理工作提供帮助和建议。This paper first explored the importance of high-quali-ty talent group for university construction and development, holding that high-quality talent group construction plays a pivotal role in university education, talent cultivation and the realization of social functions;in the second part of this paper, the writer fo-cused on the problems existing in the high-quality talent group construction of universities;in the third part, the writer proposed countermeasures and suggestions based on the problems. The aim of this paper is to provide help and suggestions for the construc-tion and management of university high-quality talent group.
