摘　　要：大学生心理健康关系着高校发展乃至社会的稳定。在本案例中,学校的心理健康教育"院—系—班"三级机制发挥了有效的作用,辅导员与学生积极沟通,通过谈话、谈心等方式引导学生塑造健康心态,同时和家长建立起通畅的沟通渠道,全方位了解情况,共同协商问题处理对策。College students＆#39; psychological health is related to col-lege development and even social stability. In this case, the three-level college psychological health education mechanism of＆quot;college-department-class＆quot; plays an effective role. The coun-selor actively communicated with students and guided students to establish a healthy mentality through talking,and meanwhile, built a smooth communication channel between the parents, so as to comprehensively know about the situation and consult the countermeasures.
