摘　　要：教学过程中,许多同学基于行政主体概念的通说,对于其他社会公权力组织的行政主体地位提出了质疑,而教材上对这一问题只做了"一笔带过"式的解释,无法满足同学们对于知识探求的渴望。为此,极有必要从行政主体是一个学理概念可以开放讨论;行政主体概念"舶来"时只取了"外壳",未取其精髓;以及将其视为行政主体乃是对我国传统行政主体理论的"渐进式"重构等不同层面对该问题进行详细解释。In the process of teaching, the subject status of other social public organization is questioned on the basis of the concept of administrative subject by students. Textbook has no sufficient explanation for this question, it can not satisfy the students＇ s desire for knowledge. It needs a detailed interpretation from the angle of an open theoretical subject,the essence and progressive reconstitution.
