摘  要:借助现场组件实物和机械理论,以东风公司货车动力转向器的摇臂轴轴承为研究对象,对货车动力转向器的摇臂轴轴承进行分析与研究。通过对摇臂轴轴承受力分析和计算,提出设计摇臂轴轴承的理论指导:摇臂轴两端支持轴承处受力不是平均分配,长头端轴承受力远大于短头端轴承受力;摇臂轴两端轴承受力是变化的,在大转角时长头端轴承受力增大,而短头端轴承受力减小,但是总的变化都不大,在设计时按中间位置计算即可;在设计摇臂轴轴承时,可以使长头端轴承尺寸大于短头端轴承尺寸,相应的摇臂轴长头端的轴颈尺寸大于短头端尺寸,使结构紧凑特点得到充分发挥。为货车货车动力转向器的摇臂轴轴承质量的提高提供了依据和货车动力转向的工作效率提供了改善方向。With the help of site material components and mechanical theory, taking the power steering device rocker shaft bearing of Dongfeng truck as study object, the analysis and study of it is carried out. Through the force analysis and calculation on rocker shaft bearing, the theoretical guid- ance for the design of rocker shaft bearing is proposed as follow: Both ends of the rocker arm shaft support bearing force is not the average allocation. The long end bearing force is far greater than the short. When the two ends of the rocker arm shaft hearing force has maximum and minimum condition, the long end bearing force is increased and the short end bearing force is decreased in the angle, but it is unlikely to change greatly. The bearing can be calculated according to the intermediate position. In the design of the rocker axle bearing, it makes the structure compact characteristics into full play that the long end bearing size is longer than the shorter. So shaft neck size corresponding to the rocker arm shaft head end is larger than that of the short. It provides the basis for the power steering device rocker shaft bearing quality of automobile carrier. And it also provides the improvement direction of the power steering device work efficiency.
