摘　　要：加快发展服务业是我国一项重大而长期的战略任务。现代服务业的快速健康发展需要强大的人才支撑,这种支撑不仅体现在数量上,更表现在对人才的能力和素质提出了更多更高的要求。作为现代服务业人才培养主力军的高职院校,应面向现代服务业发展的现实需求和发展趋势,进行人才培养的科学设计,对接产业需求调整专业结构,对接职业标准重构课程体系,改革人才培养模式,创新教学方式和手段,强化学生综合素质培养,优化"双师"结构教学团队,为现代服务业发展提供高素质技能型人力资源储备和发展支撑。Accelerating the development of service industry is an important and long -term strategic task, which requires powerful talent support, not only in quantity, but more importantly, in quality. As the main force to cultivate talents in modem service industry, higher vocational colleges should face the actual needs and development trend of modem service industry to design scientific talent training plans, adjust profession structures according to industrial needs, restructure the curriculum system according to profession standards, reform talent training modes, make innovations in teaching methods, strengthen the students＇ comprehensive quality cultivation and optimize faculty construction, in order to provide high quality and skilled talent support for the development of modern service industry.
