中小学布局调整对教师教育培养模式影响及对策

摘　　要：伴随农村常住人口和学龄人口减少及国家对农村中小学布局的调整,甘肃省农村中小学的布局和在校人数都发生了巨大变化,因而要求相关学校在办学理念和培养模式方面都应做相应的调整。通过调查天水市中小学布局现状和在校生人数变化情况,分析中小学布局调整对我校办学的影响,并提出了相应的建议和意见。In recent years, great changes have taken place in the rural primary and secondary schools＇ distribution and enrolments in Gansu, which calls for a relevant adjustment to our theory of management and cultivating mode in Tianshui Normal University. The paper, based on the investigations of such changes in Tianshui, analyzes their impact upon our management and put forward matching advice and suggestions.
