摘　　要：针对当前应用化学专业人才培养体系中普遍存在的重理论、轻实践;重学术、轻应用;理工融合不足等问题,结合教学实践,提出了基于教育理念、课程及培养体系、教学方法与手段、管理运行机制等方面的创新,提高大学生就业能力的人才培养体系改革策略.For improving the employability of students in applied chemistry major, strategies of optimizing educational idea, teaching methods, curriculum system and assessment approaches were given aiming at problems such as more attention to theory than practice, more attention to academic than application and lack of integration of science and technology.
