摘 要:目的:探讨CyclinD1和EGFR在双侧乳腺癌和单侧乳腺癌的表达特点及相关性,并分析双侧乳腺癌首发癌和第二癌的克隆关系。方法:收集双侧乳腺癌蜡块标本9例,同时随机选取10例单侧乳腺癌蜡块标本作为对照。运用免疫组化法(Envision法)检测CyclinDl和EGFR在双侧乳腺癌首发癌、第二癌和单侧乳腺癌的表达。结果:双侧乳腺癌首发癌、第二癌和单侧乳腺癌CyclinDl的表达率分别66.7%(6/9)、77.8%(7/9)、50.0%(5/10)。双侧乳腺癌首发癌、第二癌和单侧乳腺癌EGFR的表达率分别88.9%(8/9)、88.9%(8/9)、80.0%(8/10)。双侧乳腺癌首发癌和第二癌CyclinD1表达同时阳性有6例,同时阴性2例。双侧乳腺癌首发癌和第二癌EGFR表达同时阳性有8例,同时阴性0例。结论:CyclinD1在双侧乳腺癌首发癌和单侧乳腺癌的表达无统计学差异,EGFR在双侧乳腺癌首发癌和单侧乳腺癌的表达亦没有统计学差异。70%-90%双侧乳腺癌首发癌和第二癌为单克隆关系。CyclinD1和EGFR在乳腺癌的表达未见明显相关性。Objective: To explore the expression characteristics of CyclinD1 protein and EGFR protein in bilateral and unilateral breast cancer and the correlation, analyze the clonal relationship between the first bilateral primary breast cancer and the second bilateral pri- mary breast cancer. Methods: Nine paraffin - embedded bilateral breast cancer samples were collected, and ten paraffin - embedded unilat- eral breast cancer samples were collected as control group; immunohistochemical Envision method was applied to detect the expressions of CyclinD1 protein and EGFR protein in the first bilateral primary breast cancer, the second bilateral primary breast cancer and unilateral breast cancer. Results: The expression rates of CyclinDl protein in the first bilateral primary breast cancer, the second bilateral primary breast cancer and unilateral breast cancer were 66. 7% (6/9), 77.8% (7/9) and 50. 0% (5/10), respectively. The expression rates of EGFR protein in the first bilateral primary breast cancer, the second bilateral primary breast cancer and unilateral breast cancer were 88.9% (8/9), 88.9% (8/9) and 80.0% (8/10), respectively. Six patients were found with synchronously positive expressions of CyclinD1 pro- tein in the first bilateral primary breast cancer and the second bilateral primary breast cancer, and two patients were found with synchronously negative expressions of CyclinDl protein in the first bilateral primary breast cancer and the second bilateral primary breast cancer. Eight pa- tients were found with synchronously positive expressions of EGFR protein in the first bilateral primary breast cancer and the second bilateral primary breast cancer, and no patient was found with synchronously negative expressions of EGFR protein in the first bilateral primary breast cancer and the second bilateral primary breast cancer.
