摘　　要：结合中国石化集团公司安庆分公司Shell粉煤气化装置(SCGP)长周期运行的实际情况,提出创新管理模式,建立了煤质管理、操作窗口优化、预防性"机电仪管操"五位一体管理、攻关改造、异常工况处理等七种创新管理方法,并对创新管理体系实施后所取得了成果进行了评价。Combined with the actual situation of the long period operation of Shell coal gasification plant （SCGP） in Sinopec Group Corporation Anqing branch, puts forward the innovation management mode. Set up the following seven kinds of innovative management methods： the coal quality management, optimizing the operation window, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, management and operation –five in one preventive management, technological transformation, treatment of abnormal condition. And evaluated the results of the innovation management system’s implementation.
