摘  要:改革开放以来,广东高等教育与中国教育改革与发展的节奏相契合,历经了科教兴国、教育强国两个宏观战略机遇期,并在科教兴国时期借助邓小平的两次南巡,兴起了"新大学运动"、实施了教育强省战略,在建设教育强国时期,先后实施高等教育大众化、现代化、"创强争先建高地"等战略。邓小平的发展理念与广东高等教育的发展方式存在着深度的逻辑关联。在"后邓小平时代",广东高等教育继续发展,但其发展策略仍需谨慎审思。Since the launching of the reform and opening-up program, the development of higher education in Guangdong has undergone two strategic stages: from Rejuvenating the Nation through Science and Education to Empowering the Nation with Education. Under the influence of Deng Xiaoping, Guangdong's higher education development has kept pace with China's educational reform and development. At the first stage, the "New University Movement" and the strategy of Empowering the Province with Education were launched with the help of Deng Xiaoping's inspection tour to south China in 1984 and 1992. At the second stage, the strategies of Higher Education Popularization, Higher Education Modernization, and Constructing the Highland of Higher Education were implemented. Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on development are logically associated with the development mode of higher education in Guangdong. In the post-Deng era, prudent reflections on the strategy of Guangdong's higher education development are still needed.
