社会分层视域下大学生道德教育探析

摘　　要：当代中国社会转型过程中不可避免地出现了社会分层的客观现象,这既给当代大学生思想道德教育工作带来了积极影响和机遇,同时,也给大学生德育工作提出了严峻挑战。通过坚定马克思主义指导地位、注意道德教育的层次性、注重心理疏导和人文关怀落实和加强德育实践等,从新视角、新路径来推进大学生思想道德教育工作。The objective phenomenon of social stratification appeared inevitably in the process of social transformation in contemporary China,which not only brings positive effect and opportunity to ideological and moral education of contemporary college students,but al-so severe challenges to us educators. We should have a comprehensive and objective understanding to the effect of the social stratifica-tion and promote the moral education of college students from the new perspective and new path by firming Marxism＇s guiding position, noting the level of moral education,paying attention to the psychological counseling and humanistic care to implement and strengthen the practice of moral education.
