手术室低年资护士危急症护理核心能力评价体系的构建研究

摘　　要：目的构建手术室低年资护士危急症护理核心能力评价体系。方法采用自行设计的咨询表及德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法,选取广东医学院附属医院、湛江市中心医院、湛江市农垦医院、湛江市第二人民医院等临床护理专家、广东医学院护理学教授、统计学专家共32名进行调查。结果专家咨询的权威系数为0.771,熟悉系数为0.826,判断系数为0.764,经过2轮咨询后确定的手术室低年资护士危急症护理核心能力评价体系中,一级指标5条,二级指标16条,三级指标40条;专家咨询内部协调系数为0.716,Cronbach’sα系数为0.783。结论经过专家咨询及修改、删除、添加条目,手术室低年资护士危急症护理核心能力评价体系各级指标共有条目61条,经检验,结果可靠、信度较高,对手术室低年资护士危急症护理核心能力的考核、评价、培训提供量化的可参考依据。Objective To construct a core competency framework of critical diseases care for junior nurses in operating room Methods Two rounds of expert consultation by questionnaires were conducted among 32 operating nursing administrators in hospitals, nursing professors in school and statistics specialists. Results The core competency framework of critical diseases care for junior nurses in operating room consisted of 5 first-level factors, 16 second-level items and 40 third-level items. The Cr.Ca and familiarity coefficient was 0.771, 0.826 and 0.764, respectively. The consistency coefficient was 0.716 and Cronbanch ’s α 0.783. Conclusion The 61-item core competency framework of critical diseases care for junior nurses in operating room is reliable and valid, which provides objective and quantitative standards for the employment, training and evaluation of junior nurses in operating room.
