多民族高校多元文化教育工作探析

摘　　要：民族文化的多样性决定了多民族高校教育需要实施多元文化教育,这也是维护民族平等、促进民族发展、保持文化多样性和活力的重要举措。多民族高校开展多元文化教育必须坚持一体多元的原则,弘扬主旋律,倡导和发扬各民族优秀文化,形成包容、尊重、发展的良好氛围,达成共识、凝聚人心。在教育内容上要正确处理好主流文化与民族文化、传统文化与现代文化、中西文化之间的关系。Multicultural education should be implemented in multiethnic universities due to diversity of ethnic cultural,which is the important method of maintaining ethnic equality,promoting ethnic development,and keeping diversity and vitality of culture.Multiethnic universities must adhere to the principle of integration and pluralist,promoting the main theme,advocating and developing each national excellent culture,so as to form atmosphere of tolerance,respect,development and come to consensus and cohesion of people,and should correctly handle the relationship between mainstream culture and national culture, traditional culture and modern culture,Chinese culture and western cultures in carrying out multicultural education.
