摘 要:高压隔离开关(DS)操动机构结构简单、负载力矩小,采用永磁无刷直流电机驱动开关操作杆,带动机构运动进而实现分合操作,具有良好的快速响应能力及可控性能。为实现对550kV DS触头运动的过程进行控制,消除合闸弹跳,满足分合闸速度要求,在隔离开关操作过程中,采用电流和速度双闭环控制方法对电机操动机构的运动过程进行控制并将模糊控制算法用于速度环与PID控制器相结合,在线实时调整控制参数,以增强其控制精度。并以550kV DS触头的分合闸过程为研究对象及DSP为核心的控制系统进行实验。实验结果表明,在触头运动的过程控制中,结合模糊控制算法的智能控制系统能够使实时调整开关触头的运动速度以保证分合闸动作稳定性满足分合闸速度要求。The actuator of High-voltage Disconnecting switch (DS)with simple structure and small load torque,used of permanent magnet brushless DC motor drive the lever,driving mechanism motion thus achieving division operation,has a good ability to respond quickly and controllable properties.During the process of Disconnecting switch operation,In order to control the process of 550 kV DS contact movement,eliminate closing bounce,satisfies the requirement of opening and closing speed,the current and speed dualloop control method was used in the control system to control the motor actuator.And the fuzzy control algorithm is used in the speed loop combined with PID controller to adjustment of control parameters online,in order to enhance the control accuracy.The experiment was did based on the opening and closing process of 550kV DS contact as the research object and the DSP as the core of control system.The results of experimental show that combined with fuzzy control algorithm of intelligent control system can make real-time adjustment of the rate of contacts movement to ensure that the feed motion stability and meet opening and closing speed requirements.
