摘  要:在教育国际化的背景下,具有国际化教育教学能力的师资是高校教育国际化的关键,教师教学与科研能力的协调发展也成为高校共同面对的问题。通过分析高校教师在教学与科研能力的发展中存在的问题,论述了高校教师应该具备的教学能力和科研能力,同时兼顾二者的协调发展是高校教育国际化的重中之重。建议在推进教育国际化进程中,高校管理要为教师提供良好的国际化教学科研环境,并能够做到科学规范管理,为教师教学科研的协调发展创造条件。Under the background of educational internationalization, teachers with educational and teaching capability are the key to the international education in universities. The coordinated development of teachers′teaching and scientific research ability is a problem that all universities are confronted with. This article analyses the problems regarding the development of the teaching and scientific research ability of university teachers, and discusses the educational and teaching capability that university teachers should have, and stresses the importance of the coordinated development of the two abilities. It is recommended that universities should provide teachers with good international environment for education and teaching, be able to do scientific and standardized management and create conditions for the coordinated development of teachers ' teaching and scientific research ability.
