摘　　要：上世纪八十年代开始，礼的研究即受到学术界重视。而作为中国古代社会治国安邦的基本方略和基本理念的礼治思想更是引起了学术界的持续关注。总体上说，广义的礼治思想包括礼论、礼仪、With the rise of 'Cultural Crazy' in 1980 s, the academic study of ritual reached a climax. As the foundation of basic model of governing in ancient China, ritual also became the research core of relevant studies. In thirty years, study about etiquette and ethics thoughts of Han dynasty focus on the aspects like ritualtheory, etiquette, ritual and music, ritual and law,rule by rites.
