摘　　要：当前传统的以学历教育为主的成人法学教育正处于发展的瓶颈期,这种教育模式需要改革,法律诊所教育正好契合了成人法学教育改革的需要,有利于提升成人法学教育的水平,锤炼学生的法律职业能力。诊所法律教育在成人法学教育中的开展有一定的基础条件,同时也面临着一些问题,需要采取一些措施予以解决。The traditional education of adult legal education is in the bottleneck period, when this mode of education needs re- form. Legal clinic education fits the need to reform the adult legal education, which is conducive to enhance the level of adult legal education and the legal occupation ability. To carry out the clinical legal education in the adult legal education, certain basic conditions are needed, and there also exist some problems, we need to take some measures to solve the problem.
