摘　　要：伴随着《城乡规划法》的实施以及城市规划一级学科的确立城市规划的专科教育被注入了新的内涵,论文就如何与时俱进地培养创新人才提出了相关建议。With the implementation of Town and Country Planning Act as well as the establishment of first-level discipline of urban planning, urban planning specialist education was injected new meaning. This article puts forward relevant proposals for how to cultivate innovative talents.
