摘　　要：目的评价中国和外国听力正常者的音乐感知能力,分析文化差异与音乐感知的相关性,以期为我国人工耳蜗植入者音乐感知的评估及其评估工具的设计开发提供依据。方法使用慕尼黑音乐经验问卷(Munich music questionnaire,MUMU)和人工耳蜗音乐评估软件(musical sounds in cochlear implant,MuSIC)分别对40例实验组(中国听力正常者)和对照组(外国听力正常者)进行音乐聆听行为评估和音乐感知能力测试,实验组与对照组音乐经验相互匹配。结果对照组F3音调辨别、旋律辨别结果明显好于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组C4音调辨别、节奏辨别与和旋律辨别测试结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组与对照组情感与不和谐音测试结果基本一致。结论外国受试者音乐感知好于中国受试者,文化差异对音乐感知能力尤其是旋律感知有一定影响。Objective The present study aims to assess the music perception ability of the both Chinese and foreign normal hearing subjects, and to analyze the correlation between cultural differences and music perception. It provides the reference for the music perception and the design of assessment tools for Chinese cochlear implants. Methods The experimental group （40 Chinese normal hearing subjects） and control group （40 foreigner normal hearing subjects） participated in this study. Munich music questionnaire （MUMU） and musical sounds in cochlear Implants （MUSIC） test battery were used to assess music experience and music perception. Music experience matched for the both experimental group and control group. Results The experimental group performed s{gnificant- ly worse than the control group on pitch discrimination threshold at F3, melody discrimination, whereas close to control group on pitch discrimination threshold at C4, chords discrimination, and rhythm discrimination. The exper- imental group performed similarly in emotion and dissonance rating tasks relative to control group. Conclusion For- eign subjects performed better than Chinese subiects on music perception. Cultural differences have a significant im- pact on music perception, especially in melody perception.
