摘　　要：低位埋伏阻生的下颌第三磨牙经传统方法拔除后,下牙槽神经损伤的风险较高。对此有学者提出移除牙冠并保留牙根于牙槽骨内(截冠留根法),以降低术后神经损伤风险。该方法有其临床可行性,但存在感染、萌出等可能,需远期观察。本文对截冠留根法的理论基础、操作要点、术中和术后并发症等研究进展作一述评。The inferior alveolar nerve injury （IANI） is at risk during extraction of lower impacted mandibular third molars. Coronectomy was presented as the crown removed while the roots retained in the alveolar bone in order to decrease the risk. Studies have demonstrated that coronectomy is feasible, however, long-term observation is necessary due to the existence of the roots infection and eruption. This article presents a review of the research progresses on its rationales, operating points and complications.
