摘  要:针对传统轮胎模型对低速区轮胎与路面之间摩擦力的描述不精确,无法仿真停车及起步工况,吉林大学汽车仿真与控制国家重点实验室开发了动态车轮模型。该模型将胎体抽象为理想的刚性圆环,胎侧及胎内空气抽象为弹簧阻尼系统并连接轮轴与刚性圆环。基于此模型,研究了刚性环与路面之间动、静摩擦力分离求解的建模方法,并结合LuGre摩擦模型应用E指数函数对静动摩擦过渡过程进行描述。将动态车轮模型编写为C语言建立仿真程序,并嵌入14自由度车辆模型中仿真起步停车工况。仿真结果表明,车辆可以平稳起步并实现完全停车。Traditional tire model lacks of precise description of friction between tire and road in low-speed,unable to simulate stop and start condition.To overcome the drawbacks of the steady-state tire model,State Key Laboratory of Automotive Simulation and Control of Jilin University a dynamic wheel model has been developed by based on this model.The modeling method of dynamic,static friction between the ring and road,combined with the Lugre friction model and application of E exponential function were studied to describe static and dynamic friction transition process.Based on the C language to build simulation program,and embedded into vehicle model,the simulation results show that the vehicle can start smoothly and stop completely.
