校企合作培养成教本科IT人才的“课程云”实践教学研究

摘　　要：校企合作培养的核心和难点在于高校企业培养方案的实施完成。因此,提出高校应该充分与企业交流,结合自己学校实际情况来改革实践教学模式,选取那些成教学生最实用、市场最接轨、企业最需要的IT类基础课程,构成教学资源库,以此形成"课程云",根据需求动态选择模块来开展IT人才的教育和培养工作。The implementation of training programs is the key and difficulty of school-enterprise cooperation. Points out that universities should fully communicate with the enterprise and combine with the actual situation of the school to reform practice teaching mode. Selectes adult undergraduate education students and market and enterprises need most courses, which consists of teaching resource database in order to form the courses-cloud. Dynamically selects the required courses module to cultivate IT talents.
