摘  要:目的了解解剖学活体教学对护生皮内注射术的影响。方法随机抽取我校同年级护理专业学生300人为实验对象,其中150人为实验组,另150人为对照组,实验组在皮内注射术实验课专业内容示教前讲解相关解剖知识并进行活体演示,而后讲授皮内注射术,对照组不讲解相关解剖知识而直接讲授皮内注射术,计算两组该项基护操作考核成绩并进行t检验。结果实验组成绩高于对照组,结果具有统计学意义(t=2.44,P<0.05)。结论解剖学活体教学有利于提高高职高专护生皮内注射术实验的成绩和操作技能。Objective To learn the effect of surface anatomy teaching of living on intradermal injection technique of nursing students.Methods We randomly selected a total of 300 nursing profession students of the same grade in Luohe Medical College as experimental subjects, 150 students of which were the experimental group and others were the control group. We taught relevant knowledge of anatomy and demonstrated landmarks with living body to the experimental group before teaching them intradermal injection technique, and directly taught the control group intradermal injection technique. The Examination results of the injection technique of two groups was calculated and done t-test. Results The experimental group’s scores was higher than the control group, and there were signiifcant differences between the two groups (t=2.44,P〈0.05).Conclusion Anatomy teaching of living can help to improve intradermal injection technique experiment scores and operational skills of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.
