摘 要:本文研究直接索氏提取法(直接提取法)和经酸水解后再索氏提取的方法(酸水解法)测定动物性饲料原料中粗脂肪含量的差异。以25个血粉、8个羽毛粉、8个骨粉、39个鱼粉、16个肉骨粉和16个肉粉为研究对象,分析结果表明:酸水解法测定值大于直接法测定值,且除羽毛粉、肉粉之外,均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),且血粉差异极显著(P<0.01)。对于鱼粉、肉粉和羽毛粉,2种方法测定的粗脂肪含量之间相关性很好(R2>0.88),肉骨粉相关性较好(R2=0.72),而骨粉和血粉,2种方法测定结果之间相关性很差(R2<0.40);对鱼粉和肉粉2种粗脂肪测定方法结果之间的系统偏差最小。因此,直接提取法不能代替酸水解法测定动物性饲料原料中的粗脂肪含量。This study is to comparing of different determination methods of crude fat, including direct Soxhlet extraction method (direct extraction method) and Soxhlet extraction method which is performed after acid hydrolysis (acid hydrolysis method) for animal derived feedstuffs. Total 25 blood powder, 8 feather meal, 8 bone meal, 39 fish meal, 16 meat and bone meal and 16 meat meal samples were investigated. The resuhs showed that the determination of acid hydrolysis method is greater than the direct extraction method. Furthermore, except for feather meal and meat meal, there were significant differences (P〈0.05) especially for blood meal (P〈0.01).The correlation between the results of two methods to determine crude fat content in fish meal, meat meal and feather meal was very good (R^2〉 0.88), and for meat and bone meal the correlation was good (R^2=0.72), but for bone meal and blood meal the correlation was not good (R^2〈0.40). Furthermore, the system error between the determination results of crude fat in meat and fish meal by two methods was least. Direct extraction method can't replace the acid hydrolysis method for the analysis of crude fat in animal derived feedstuffs.
