依托实训基地教学平台培养学生综合实践能力的研究

摘　　要：为了提高学生综合实践技能,加强学生独立分析问题、解决问题的能力,达到从学校到医院的"无缝对接",依托实训基地设计了综合性实验。方法以制备抗血清为主线,让学生亲自动手操作,同时将制备的抗血清应用于实验教学,通过凝集反应、沉淀反应检测自制抗血清的效价,同时将制备的抗血清应用于后续的实验教学。结果建立了以创新能力培养为核心的综合性实验教学模式。结论提高了学生动手能力,独立分析问题、解决问题的能力。探索出一种富有活力、具有创新激情的实验教学模式。Objective In order to improve the students＇ comprehensive practical skills,Strengthen students＇ independent analysis、The ability to solve problems,Seamless from the school to the hospital＂Seamless docking＂,Relying on the training base of the comprehensive experiment design.Methods Let the students to prepare antiserum hands- on operation of the whole process,The antiserum prepared in experiment teaching application,The agglutination reaction,Precipitation reaction Homemade antiserum titer test. Results Established in the cultivation of innovative ability is the core of the comprehensive experimental teaching mode. Conclusion Improve the students＇ practical ability,Independent analysis、The ability to solve problems. Explore A vigorous、Creative passion experimental teaching mode.
