摘  要:目的研究蕨菜黄酮提取物的急性毒性与潜在的致突变性。方法采用小鼠经口急性毒性试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验。结果蕨菜黄酮提取物在小鼠经口实验中的LD50>20.0 g·kg-1;小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验及精子畸形试验结果均为阴性。结论文中实验条件下,蕨菜黄酮提取物经口的LD50>20.0 g·kg-1,属无毒级,未见有致突变作用。OBJECTIVE To study the acute toxicity and mutagenic possibility of the flavonoids extracts from Pteridium aquilinum var. latiusculum(FEPA). METHODS The oral acute toxicity test, micronucleus test of bone marrow PCE cell in mice and sperm shape abnormality test of mice were carried out. RESULTS LD50 in rats of the FEPA was all more than 20.0 g· kg^- 1. The micronucleus rates and sperm abnormality rates in all doses were negative. CONCLUSION LD50 in rats of the FEPA was all more than 20.0 g·kg^-1 , and the FEPA was considered a substance with no toxicity and mutagenic activity in this study.
