摘　　要：对2012年甘肃省农村体育骨干教师置换培训项目的实施进行个案研究,结果显示培训目标的价值取向突出强调社会需求,不能满足农村体育教师发展需求;培训管理系统内部任务分配不合理,没有形成合力;培训团队省外专家难求,一线教师培训能力较低;培训内容较为合理,培训方式传统低效,学员参与程度不高,培训绩效评价流于形式;顶岗实习学生的管理状况较为混乱、缺乏有效指导。The authors made a case study of the implementation of the replacement training program for backbone physical education teachers in countryside in Gansu province in 2012, and revealed the following findings：the value orientation of training objectives highlighted social needs, failing to meet the need for rural physical education teacher development;task assignment inside the training management system was irrational, failing to form a resultant force; the training team had few experts from other provinces, and a low frontline teacher training capacity;training contents were rational, but training manner was traditional and low efficiency, the degree of student participation was not high, training performance evaluation became a mere formality;post replacement intern management was chaotic, lacking in effective guidance.
