摘　　要：有限群G的子群H称为在G中c-可补,如果存在G的子群K使得HK=G且H∩K≤CoreG(H).该文利用极小子群的局部c-可补性,得到有限群成为p-幂零群的两个充要条件.作为应用,一些熟知的结果得到推广.A subgroup H is said to be c supplcmnted in a finite group G if there exists a subgroup K of G such that HK= G and H K is contained in （oreG （H）. In this paper, we obtain two st, fficient and necessary conditions of p nilpotence of finite groups by using locally c supplcmcnted minimal subgroups. As application, some known re sults were generalized.
