摘　　要：从培养方案、培养途径、评价体系等方面介绍我国护理硕士专业学位研究生培养现状。指出我国护理硕士专业学位教育处于起步阶段,一方面应借鉴国外护理专业人才培养方面积累的经验;另一方面应从实际出发,积极探索并制订合理的培养方案、科学的培养路径、完善的评价体系,培养合格的护理专科人才,从而促进我国护理事业的发展。It introduced the cultivation status quo of master of professional degree postgraduate in China from aspects of training programs,training approaches and evaluation system.It pointed out master of professional de-gree postgraduate in China is still in its infancy.in one aspect,we should draw of the experience accumulated by foreign nursing personnel training;in another aspect,we should start from reality and actively explore and es-tablish a reasonable training program,scientific training path and perfect e-valuation system,fostering qualified nursing specialist personnel,so as to promote the development of nursing career in China.
