临桂县2009～2012年碘盐监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的：为了解临桂县居民食用碘盐状况及时发现问题并采取干预措施，为持续消除碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法：按照2007年《广西壮族自治区碘盐监测实施方案》对居民随机抽查，用《制盐工业通用试验方法、碘离子的测定》1进行定量测定。结果：2009-2012年居民户1152份碘盐样品中，合格碘盐1126份，碘盐合格率97．91％，碘盐覆盖率为99．83％，合格碘盐食用率为97．74％。结论：临桂县居民食用碘盐覆盖率在959／6以上，合格碘盐食用率在95％以上，达到了国家碘缺乏病消除标准。Objective： To learn the consumption condition of iodized salt of the residents in Lingui county, timely found out the problems existed, take corresponding intervention measures, so as to provide scientific basis for sustainable elimination of the iodized deficiency disease（IDD）. Methods： Random check was performed on the residents based on the surveillance program on iodised salt of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and salt was determined by general test method of salt industry and the determination of iodide ion. Results： Of the l 152 samples of iodized salt detected in the residents from 2009 to 2012, 1 126 samples of iodized salt were qualified, with a rate of 97.91%. The coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.83% and the consumption rate of the qualified iodized salt was 97.74%, Conclusion： The coverage rate of the consumption of iodized salt of Lingui residents has reached more than 95%, and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt reacheds more than 95%, which has been up to the national IDD elimination standard.
