临床护理路径在护生实习前临床技能综合训练的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察临床路径在护生实习前临床技能综合训练的应用效果,探讨提高实习前临床技能综合训练的方法。方法:随机选择我校护理专科2010级2个班级、2011级2个班级,实验组178人,对照组176人,对照组采取传统的实训方法,实验组采取临床路径指导下的实训方法,比较两组学生临床技能综合训练后的理论、技能考核成绩及临床实习后综合素质能力。结果:两组学生临床技能综合训练后的理论、技能考核成绩及临床实习后综合素质能力比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在实习前的临床技能综合训练中,采取临床路径下带教的方式,可提高学生实习期的临床技能综合训练效果,缩短学生临床实习适应期。Objective： To observe the application effect of the clinical pathway to the comprehensive training of clinical skills of nursing students before internship, and discuss the method to improve the comprehensive training of clinical skills. Methods： 2 classes of nursing students of the junior college of the year 2010 and 2011 were randomly selected respectively in the study. Of which, 178 students were included in the experimental group, and 176 students in the control group. Tradition al training methods was adopted in the control group, while clinical nursing pathway in the experimental group to guide the students internship. Then, the theoretical examination and clinical skills assessment after the comprehensive training of clinical skills, and the comprehensive qualities and abilities as well of the students after internship in both groups were compared. Results： Comparing the theoretical examination and clinical skills assessment after the comprehensive training of clinical skills, and the comprehensive qualities and abilities as well of the students after internship in both groups, there was statistical difference between both groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In the comprehensive training of clinical skills before practice, the teaching mode under the clinical pathway can improve the effect of the comprehensive training of clinical skills during the students＇internship, and shorten the adaptation period of the students clinical internship.
