摘　　要：2012年我国刑事诉讼法正式确立了讯问时同步录音录像制度,在固定犯罪嫌疑人供述和辩解及规范侦查人员讯问行为等方面都具有重大意义。但我国关于讯问时同步录音录像制度的规定还具有一定的局限性,还需要对录音录像的地点和时间进行细化规定,在录音录像的保障程序上进行完善。The Recorded and Videotaped Interrogations have been established in 2012 Chinese Criminal Procedure Law, which is of great signiifcant to ifx suspects confession and standardize investigators interrogation. However, the provision of Recorded and Videotaped Interrogations still has some limitations. It is necessary to reifne the provisions about the time and place of recording. What’s more, we should perfect the protection program of Recorded and Videotaped Interrogations.
