摘　　要：发展现代农业需要建立一支规模宏大、结构合理、素质优良的农业科技人才队伍。本文分析了各类农业教育在培养适应现代农业发展要求的各层次农业科技人才中的重要作用,探讨了各层次农业科技人才培养存在的问题,提出了加强农业科研人才培养的顶层设计,拓宽农业技术推广人才培养的生源渠道,积极推进高等农业院校本科生的分类培养,深化农业职业院校教育教学改革,分层培养服务现代农业所需的农业科研人才、农业技术推广人才和农村实用人才的几点建议。The development of modern agriculture needs a supply of talents in agricultural science and technologywith a grand scale, reasonable structure and excellent quality. This paper analyzes the importance of all forms ofagricultural education for the training of agricultural technology talents for the development of modern agricultureand discusses current problems. The paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the top-level designof cultivating agricultural scientific researchers, broaden students enrollment sources for agricultural technologyextension service programs, actively promote the classified cultivation of undergraduates at agricultural collegesand universities, deepen the reform of education and teaching at agricultural vocational colleges,and adopt aclassified system to train talents for agricultural research, extension and practical service for modern agriculture.
